Behind Your Design organized a VIP Night for Medawar's in Flint Township designed to be an elevated experience for their VIP customers. We designed the invitation, handled the mailing, designed the evite and signage for the event. We designed an interactive experience outside in a heated tent featuring a hand rolled cigar station, passed hors d'oeuvres, live acoustic music, craft cocktails, lounge seating, ice sculpture and an interactive luxury vehicle display. Inside the guests enjoyed sipping on their beverages as they were able to try on some of the most beautiful jewelry available. The guests also received curated gift bags designed by Behind Your Design featuring cigar cutters, lighter, stainless steel mugs, jewelry box, watch case, and more. Guests also registered for a chance to win a stunning diamond necklace. Located inside was a coffee bar and dessert trays from CRUST Bakery. We were on site with Benecor to see firsthand how they handled a huge project — moving and installing a 20,000-gallon heated storage tank for a North Carolina paper mill. This wasn’t just any tank — it had to keep a temperature-sensitive chemical, GPAM, stable so the mill could run smoothly and maintain product quality.
