Production Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist



Position Overview:

Behind Your Design is a creative marketing and design agency that partners with clients to bring their brands to life — from print to digital, events to promotional products. We’re looking for a talented Production Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist to join our in-house team and help us deliver high-quality, eye-catching work while keeping our online presence fresh and engaging.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design Production: Create and prepare print and digital design projects that meet brand standards and are production-ready.
  2. Social Media Management: Plan, create, and post engaging content for company social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
  3. Content Creation: Develop visuals and assets for marketing campaigns, client projects, and promotional materials.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the team on creative projects, marketing initiatives, and brand campaigns.
  5. Quality Control: Review and proof materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and design integrity.
  6. Workflow Support: Manage tasks and timelines effectively, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specifications.

 

Technical Skills:


  1. Experience: Minimum 1 or more years in a graphic design position, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  3. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers and familiar with social media platforms.
  4. Prioritizing & Multi-Tasking: Strong time management skills to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
  5. Task Management: Self-starter who meets deadlines; experience with Asana is a plus.
  6. Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  7. Creative Mindset: Ability to bring innovative ideas to life through design and content creation.
  8. Must have a fun, creative, and productive work ethic — we love what we do and want you to love it too!

Benefits:


  • Full time (Mon-Fri - 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM with working lunch)
  • Paid Holidays
  • 64 Hours Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Increases to 128 hours (PTO) after 12 Months

  • Salary range, based on experience, starts at $40,000
