Hitting All the Right Notes at United Way's Community Awards & Dueling Pianos
At Behind Your Design, we love being part of events that bring our community together, especially when we get to help bring all the details to life!
On October 16, we had the honor of working with United Way of Genesee County on their Community Awards & Dueling Pianos event at Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club. From creative design to event coordination, our team helped bring together the details for a memorable evening filled with community recognition and entertainment from Felix and Fingers Dueling Pianos.
It's All in the Details!
Our involvement went well beyond designing event materials!
We created the signage, custom coasters, and napkins, helping carry a cohesive look throughout the event.
Custom Floral Arrangements
We also collaborated with Bovan Floral Group to brainstorm creative centerpiece ideas, which their talented team transformed into an incredible floral display that brought the space to life.
Grand Raffle
Another exciting part of the evening was the Grand Raffle! We worked with Medawar's to select a beautiful diamond necklace and coordinated the raffle during the event.
On event day, Barbara and Chelsea were there to help with final preparations, make sure everything was ready before guests arrived, and handle any last-minute details along the way.
Custom Signage
Custom sponsor signage was an important part of the event to make known all of the incredible organizations that contributed to the event. Sponsors even took the time for a photo op by their sign to show their pride in supporting the amazing cause!
Custom Insulated Beverage Holders
We created custom insulated beverage holders for United Way displaying their logo as a complement to the bottle of water provided by Beauchamp that guests received when they utilized valet parking. Promotional products don't have to be grand to make a lasting impact. This is a great way to show guests that they are appreciated and keeps your brand in hand.
Custom Napkins & Coasters
Coasters and napkins are a great way to communicate your brand at an event because these are things that will be used consistently throughout the event. Coasters were placed on the tables before guests arrived to give add interest to the table and give them something to read and engage with.
Custom Step & Repeat Backdrop
If you are looking for a versatile addition to your branding set up, a step and repeat backdrop is something you will use again and again. We created this custom backdrop for the United Way that became the perfect centerpiece for the event to be designed around. Step and repeat backdrops are great for photography at events or they can even be used to amplify your brand in your work space.
