Websites Designed For Success

We partnered with S7 Holdings to create a new logo and website for La Piazza, a new three-story, multi-use development coming to Grand Blanc, MI.

The building will sit at the current site of The Crossbow Inn and Ziggy's Ice Cream overlooking Saginaw Street, longtime residents of the area, which will return to occupy two of the retail spaces available.

The project is planning space for two restaurants and three other retail establishments. The second and third floors include 20 apartments and offices. Plans for the roof include separate spaces for outdoor restaurant seating and recreation space for the apartment residents. Developer and head of the project, Chuck SeKrenes, "wants to bring some unique businesses, unique restaurants, and apartments into this building”. He is aiming to create a lively community atmosphere in Grand Blanc by blending residential and commercial spaces in the heart of the city. He was attracted the city's commitment to sustainable development while preserving its heritage.

Chuck, a longtime client of ours through various ventures, came directly to us for a website to represent this anticipated development, citing years of trusted service and satisfaction.

The initial goal of this website is to be used as information about the development and to advertise the spaces available within to commercial investors and businesses. The website is built with clear sections and pages for each type of space available with each page stating how the space will benefit tenants alongside renderings of the exterior. There are also multiple locations on the website for interested parties to press a button to contact for more information. The modern stark contrasted color scheme makes it easy to read for everyone and displays a bareness inviting interested parties to come in and make the space their own and define the building's image.

We are very excited to be a part of this development and look forward to seeing the project have a positive impact on Grand Blanc's community. The development groundbreaking is planned for September 2025.

Let’s be honest—when’s the last time you actually looked at the “Meet the Team” section on your website? Not skimmed it. Not clicked past it. I mean really looked. If it’s been a few years, there’s a good chance that what’s up there doesn’t match the reality of your team today. Maybe Susan grew out her bangs, or Greg hasn’t worn a tie since 2019. Maybe two of the smiling faces in your header moved on ages ago—and yet, there they are, frozen in pixels like ghosts of small business past. It's nothing to be ashamed of. We've all been there. But here's the thing: your team photos aren't just filler. They're first impressions. They're trust-builders. And if they’re out-of-date, awkward, or clearly cropped from someone's wedding—well, you’re not exactly rolling out the welcome mat. Let’s talk about why updating those photos is one of the simplest, most effective ways to level up how people see your business. That “Stock Photo” Energy? Yeah, People Can Tell You know what’s worse than old team photos? Generic ones. We’ve all seen those painfully stiff group shots—everyone lined up like they’re auditioning for a corporate crime drama. Or worse, the fake handshake photos. (Why are those still a thing?) Customers and clients can smell fake a mile away. In a time when people crave authenticity—real faces, real stories—those overly polished, clearly staged images just don’t cut it anymore. What works? Real teams, real smiles, real settings. We recently worked with Women’s Integrated Health Care , which has locations in Grand Blanc, Clarkston, Davison, Fenton, Marlette, and Sandusky. Their team was incredible—warm, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. Our photo shoot focused on capturing that exact energy. Not just headshots, but moments that reflect how they care for their patients and support each other. That authenticity? It jumps off the screen.
