State-of-the-Art Senior-Living Facility Opening Late 2017

A t Bella Vita, exceeding the expectations of the residents is simply the beginning. Having a quality life in our later years is the least we all should expect. Bella Vita is committed to providing an environment that allows one to feel independent, with the assistance of its highly trained care group.

“The opening of Bella Vita is a critical step towards planning for the ever-growing needs of our senior community,” Chuck SeKrenes, developer and owner, explains.

The new all-inclusive facility, which is opening in Grand Blanc on Hill Road just east of I-475, is set to keep its residents active through a variety of offerings, such as art and horticulture. SeKrenes explains that it’s important for the residents to keep active doing what they enjoy. “We want our residents to be active in indoor and outdoor activities. There is even a salon on site where residents can go for their hair appointments.”

A grand opening celebration for the public is planned for late 2017.

“The building is exceptionally well constructed,” SeKrenes says. “Our 61-unit community has four different room plans, double-occupancy rooms for couples and each with unique attributes because we understand that every senior is unique who chooses to call Bella Vita home.”

The Bella Vita care group is highly trained to recognize the different needs of the residents and is aware of specific needs, which may change over time. The care residents receive when living at Bella Vita is what sets this facility apart from others. Bella Vita provides frequent training and education for its care group to allow for continuous growth.

“Our goal is for this to be [seniors’] last move,” SeKrenes explains. “We want this to be their home for the rest of their lives. We want their families to know that their loved ones are well cared for.”

“At Bella Vita, we believe you’re the happiest when you’re home. Bella Vita creates an upscale resort feel, with a home personality, in a family environment. Our passion and mission are the same…to be the best, provide the best and give the best to our residents,” SeKrenes explains.

At Behind Your Design, we enjoy partnering with businesses that are passionate about what they do. That is exactly what we found while working with Superior Lawn & Landscape. From launching a new website to developing branded merchandise and planning a grand opening celebration, this project focused on supporting the continued growth of a company proud to serve its clients. A Website Designed to Reflect the Brand One of the first steps was creating a website that showcases the professionalism, experience, and range of services Superior Lawn & Landscape offers. The goal was to build a strong digital presence that clearly communicates the company’s capabilities while making it easy for potential clients to explore their services. Clean layouts, organized service pages, and strong visuals guide visitors through the site while highlighting the company’s landscaping expertise and portfolio. The website also incorporates content from clients and partners, allowing real voices and experiences to help tell the story of the brand.

When you're choosing a spring or summer promo item, the real question is simple: Will someone actually use this? If you live anywhere near lakes, boats, kayaks, camping, or summer travel, dry bags are a no-brainer. These aren’t just cute swag items. They’re so functional. You put your phone, wallet, keys, towel, inside, anything you don’t want getting wet. Roll the top down. Clip it shut. It seals everything in. If it falls in the water? Your stuff stays dry. That alone makes it valuable. And here’s what we love about them from a branding standpoint, not many companies are doing them yet. Everyone has water bottles and tote bags. A dry bag stands out. Even better? It actually lives with someone all summer long. In their kayak. On their boat. In their camper. At the beach. At tournaments. On vacation. That’s real visibility. If you're planning a golf outing, marina promotion, summer festival, or outdoor corporate event, this is the kind of promo piece people will thank you for and keep.
