Step 1 - Expo Booth Design

When considering your expo booth design it is important to consider the design and layout of a booth or display area used at trade shows, conventions, and other events. You booth should be designed to effectively showcase your company's products or services and attract visitors to the booth.

A well-designed booth should be visually appealing, easy to navigate, and provide clear messaging about your company and its offerings. Elements such as lighting, color, and branding should be carefully considered in the design process. Behind Your Design can assist with creating a custom design for a company's booth as well as producing the products, including table cloths, banners, backdrops, lighted signs, pull-up and retractable banners and much more.

Step 2 - Branded Apparel

Branded clothing and apparel can be used by your business to increase brand awareness and promote your company, both during a trade show and beyond.

Wearing branded clothing can make employees easily identifiable to customers, and can also serve as a walking advertisement for your business.

Additionally, it can promote a sense of unity and professionalism among employees.

Whether you are looking for t-shirts, polo shirts, sweaters, hats, socks or anything else your employees (and customers!) might wear Behind Your Design can help.

Step 3 - Printed Marketing Materials and Promotional Products

You've attracted a customer to your booth, now what? Promotional products can be an effective way to market a business because they can help to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and build customer loyalty.

They can also be used as a way to thank customers for their business or to incentivize them to make a purchase. Additionally, promotional products can be a cost-effective way to reach a large audience, as they can be distributed at trade shows, events, or through direct mail campaigns.

In addition to promotional products it's important to have information ready to hand out to customers in the form of printed materials like flyers, rack cards, as well as your business cards.  Behind Your Design can help with the design and printing of a variety of print products that will help your business stand out from the others.

Let’s be honest—when’s the last time you actually looked at the “Meet the Team” section on your website? Not skimmed it. Not clicked past it. I mean really looked. If it’s been a few years, there’s a good chance that what’s up there doesn’t match the reality of your team today. Maybe Susan grew out her bangs, or Greg hasn’t worn a tie since 2019. Maybe two of the smiling faces in your header moved on ages ago—and yet, there they are, frozen in pixels like ghosts of small business past. It's nothing to be ashamed of. We've all been there. But here's the thing: your team photos aren't just filler. They're first impressions. They're trust-builders. And if they’re out-of-date, awkward, or clearly cropped from someone's wedding—well, you’re not exactly rolling out the welcome mat. Let’s talk about why updating those photos is one of the simplest, most effective ways to level up how people see your business. That “Stock Photo” Energy? Yeah, People Can Tell You know what’s worse than old team photos? Generic ones. We’ve all seen those painfully stiff group shots—everyone lined up like they’re auditioning for a corporate crime drama. Or worse, the fake handshake photos. (Why are those still a thing?) Customers and clients can smell fake a mile away. In a time when people crave authenticity—real faces, real stories—those overly polished, clearly staged images just don’t cut it anymore. What works? Real teams, real smiles, real settings. We recently worked with Women’s Integrated Health Care , which has locations in Grand Blanc, Clarkston, Davison, Fenton, Marlette, and Sandusky. Their team was incredible—warm, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. Our photo shoot focused on capturing that exact energy. Not just headshots, but moments that reflect how they care for their patients and support each other. That authenticity? It jumps off the screen.
