Behind Your Design Modernizes Michigan Beer & Wine Wholesalers Association's Online Presence

Behind Your Design, recently unveiled its latest project: a brand-new website for the Michigan Beer & Wine Wholesalers Association (MB&WWA). This endeavor not only involved the creation of a fresh new design but also encompassed two captivating photo shoots conducted in Kalamazoo and Ann Arbor, with additional ones planned throughout the state of Michigan.

The Michigan Beverage & Wine Wholesalers Association (MB&WWA) aimed to modernize the website’s aesthetic, consolidate and update the content, and improve the points of engagement for its target audiences. Understanding the significance of a website that is both intuitive and visually engaging, they partnered with Behind Your Design to actualize their vision. Collaborating with Rebecca Stow, the Marketing & Communications Manager, we successfully pinpointed and rectified certain deficiencies present in their previous web platform's design and functionality.

The website development process commenced with extensive consultations between Behind Your Design and the MB&WWA team to understand their requirements and goals. Leveraging their expertise in web design and marketing, Behind Your Design crafted a new website tailored to the association's needs.

Collaborating closely with Rebecca Stow, the Marketing & Communications Manager played a crucial role in ensuring that the design and functionality of the site were advantageous for their members. Behind Your Design was able to gain insight into some of the sticking points the old website had and was able to help streamline processes, provide solutions and increase efficiency in their day-to-day operations.

Working with Behind Your Design to rebuild our website was a fantastic experience. Their passion for being friendly, dependable, and helpful was evident throughout the project. From the start, they listened attentively to our needs and goals, ensuring a collaborative approach. They took the time to ask insightful questions to grasp the essence of our brand identity and the objectives we aimed to achieve with the new website. They were always available to address any questions or concerns, making the process smooth and enjoyable. Additionally, we partnered with them for several photo shoots, where they demonstrated their flexibility and willingness to accommodate changes in vision and direction. They expressed kindness, patience, and creativity and were a true joy to partner with. We highly recommend their services to anyone seeking exceptional web development!

The result? A sleek and intuitive website that not only showcases the MB&WWA's mission and services but also provides valuable resources and insights for those seeking information about the beer and wine distribution industry.

However, the collaboration didn't stop there. Behind Your Design worked with MB&WWA to organize two immersive photo shoots, offering a glimpse into the inner workings of the beer and wine distribution industry. The first shoot took place in Kalamazoo, while the second in the Ann Arbor area. Stow worked closely with the distributor owners to prep them with the planned shot lists and locations to ensure we were able to capture all the photographs needed at each location.

These behind-the-scenes excursions offered an unparalleled opportunity to witness firsthand the intricate processes involved in beer and wine distribution. From navigating bustling warehouses to observing the meticulous procedures of recycling, picking, stocking, and marketing, the experience shed light on the multifaceted operations that drive the industry forward.

Moreover, the photo shoots unveiled the integration of cutting-edge technology within the distribution workflow. From automated inventory systems to state-of-the-art printing and marketing solutions, it became evident how technology continues to revolutionize the industry, streamlining operations and ensuring unparalleled accuracy and efficiency.

In summary, the partnership between Behind Your Design and the Michigan Beer & Wine Wholesalers Association has not only produced a visually striking website but has also delivered priceless insights into the ever-evolving realm of beer and wine distribution. Through the fusion of web design and photography proficiency, Behind Your Design has enabled the MB&WWA to enhance its digital footprint and solidify its role as one of the alcohol beverage industry’s most progressive state trade associations.

At Behind Your Design, we enjoy partnering with businesses that are passionate about what they do. That is exactly what we found while working with Superior Lawn & Landscape. From launching a new website to developing branded merchandise and planning a grand opening celebration, this project focused on supporting the continued growth of a company proud to serve its clients. A Website Designed to Reflect the Brand One of the first steps was creating a website that showcases the professionalism, experience, and range of services Superior Lawn & Landscape offers. The goal was to build a strong digital presence that clearly communicates the company’s capabilities while making it easy for potential clients to explore their services. Clean layouts, organized service pages, and strong visuals guide visitors through the site while highlighting the company’s landscaping expertise and portfolio. The website also incorporates content from clients and partners, allowing real voices and experiences to help tell the story of the brand.

When you're choosing a spring or summer promo item, the real question is simple: Will someone actually use this? If you live anywhere near lakes, boats, kayaks, camping, or summer travel, dry bags are a no-brainer. These aren’t just cute swag items. They’re so functional. You put your phone, wallet, keys, towel, inside, anything you don’t want getting wet. Roll the top down. Clip it shut. It seals everything in. If it falls in the water? Your stuff stays dry. That alone makes it valuable. And here’s what we love about them from a branding standpoint, not many companies are doing them yet. Everyone has water bottles and tote bags. A dry bag stands out. Even better? It actually lives with someone all summer long. In their kayak. On their boat. In their camper. At the beach. At tournaments. On vacation. That’s real visibility. If you're planning a golf outing, marina promotion, summer festival, or outdoor corporate event, this is the kind of promo piece people will thank you for and keep.
