Behind the Scenes: Moving a 20,000-Gallon Heated Tank

We were on site with Benecor to see firsthand how they handled a huge project — moving and installing a 20,000-gallon heated storage tank for a North Carolina paper mill. This wasn’t just any tank — it had to keep a temperature-sensitive chemical, GPAM, stable so the mill could run smoothly and maintain product quality. Benecor’s team made it look easy with: A durable, chemical-safe tank built to last Industrial heating pads and insulation to keep the liquid at the perfect temperature Precise controls to make sure everything stayed consistent, no matter the weather Watching the process up close was impressive.
